 1. How can we validate if we are using the configurable workspace in HRSD?

2. If we are not using the Configurable workspace, is the classic HR agent Workspace getting deprecated as part of Xanadu?

1. Navigate to All Workspaces in Workspace Experience Module.

2. Choose Agent Workspace from the list.

If you see "Agent Workspace" then it's legacy and HR agent workspace is the configurable Workspace for HR.

"Classic HR agent workspace is deprecating and ServiceNow won't be providing any support on in moving forward"

Its often easy to tell by the URL of the workspace, if you kept them to OOB.  I documented a migration path here when SN first released the configurable workspace in HRSD.

Old:  <instance-name>.service-now.com/now/hr/workspace/home

New:  <instance-name>.service-now.com/now/hr/agent/home
