I want to hide ( disable ) chat option in the header menu. But conversation should be needed at the bottom of the page in employee service centre.

The dynamic translation button does not appear in Agent Workspace. The translation buttons appear on native view like this: But I cannot view the same buttons on the Agent workspace? I don't see anything in servicenow's docs. Can someone help?
