Normal report in ServiceNow is not working as expected

HI All,
We found an issue where the report on the dashboard is not working as expected.
We have created a simple report based on assignment group, state and group by assigned to, but the report is showing only the tickets assigned to themselves not all the team members data in that group.
Can someone provide your expertise over here?

is it working fine for admins?
is there any query BR or ACL which restricts the records?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,
It is not showing correct data on dashboard even for admins. But when we open the report internally in classic UI it is showing results.

Hi @Manisha30 ,
Can you please share your report configuration? Have you verified from an ACL or data filtration rule?
Please provide the necessary information, then it will be much easier to help you.
