Hello, I have downloaded the required plugin for multi day work order and have created work schedule for the agent to whom the task is assigned and have also checked assign across the schedule entries.
But estimated end is not considering the schedule of the agent and it is adding up the work duration of 4days 4hours straight but the schedule of agent is 9 to 5 so that is not being considered.
How can i resolve it?
