Personalise Fields on HR case in Agent workspace

Hi , 

Can anyone help me , I am trying to hide fields that are related to Subject person in a HR case. 

When the Agent clicks on details of subject person on agent workspace , it redirects to HR profile of a subject person.

When the Agent open the records it should hide /display only for the fields asked for. 

Can anyone help , how can it be achievable
