PIP Lifecycle Activity Question

Hello,

We are in the very early stages of designing a PIP process via a Lifecycle event in our instance. One of the requirements is for the employee being placed on the PIP to be able to provide their "action plan" for behavior correction, with their answers being stored in the platform. This is where we are struggling to come up with the best way to accomplish something like this while configuring the lifecycle event.

We attempted to use the HR task type Collect Employee Input as as the activity for the employee alongside an Employee Form, but found we couldn't record their answers within the PIP case, but rather their HR profile which isn't preferable for our use.

Wondering if any others have configured something similar, and how you accomplished. Thank you!

I typically install them on my PDI and then re-create the things I need on the DEV instance because not everything in an EEX applies to each customer and might leave behind technical debt.   Here are a couple of screenshots of the config.  Hopefully this helps.

Have you looked at the PIP Employee Experience Pack.  It has an employee form that maps back to the case.

Thank you! I'll check it out

Hello, unfortunately that pack seems to be compatible with Vancouver or Utah but we are on the WDC release.
