Prepopulate opened for and subject person variables with values on HR service

Hi,

I had a requirement where from a HR case I need to create a HR task and with the task type as HR service through which the record producer will be filled by HR task Assignee. now my requirement is to pre -populate the Record producer variables which was opened through the HR task to be pre populated with the HR case users (Opened for, subject person) in the record producer variables (Opened for and subject person).

So, I need help for this requirement. If anyone worked on the similar requirement Please let me know, that would be really helpful.

Hi @TOKALAJ , I'm not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but on the HR Task Template you use for the HR Service task, you could try using the property "Users from parent case" to include the Opened for and Subject person. This will populate those fields, but may not show them on the record producer. HTH.
