Problem in HR Case Creation - HRSD

Hello Everyone

 

I'm facing an issue that seems to be related to ACLs.

 

Problem:
When I try to create an HR case manually using a user with the admin role, the case is created correctly, and all fields load as expected.

However, when I impersonate a non-admin user who has the sn_hr_core.basic role, the form does not load properly — many fields are missing, and the form keeps loading indefinitely.

 

Can anyone suggest me on this :

@mdshahvez11 Check the errors in browser's console, and check system logs and see if you find any relevant errors which would guide you towards the root cause.

Please avoid creating duplicates as it will shatter the Community focus while there could be discussion it will be split into two questions and some ideas might get lost...
