Problem in HR Case Creation - HRSD

Hello Everyone

 

I'm facing an issue that seems to be related to ACLs.

 

Problem:
When I try to create an HR case manually using a user with the admin role, the case is created correctly, and all fields load as expected.

However, when I impersonate a non-admin user who has the sn_hr_core.basic role, the form does not load properly — many fields are missing, and the form keeps loading indefinitely.

 

Can anyone suggest me on this :

@Community Alums Check the errors in browser's console, and check system logs and see if you find any relevant errors which would guide you towards the root cause.
