"Child HR Service" is missing in Service Activity

Hi,

I have been assigned with new PDI recently. I want to configure "Child HR Service" service activity, but i cannot see this option. I can see only Approval and Task.

Yes, after following above steps I have reached to Service Activity form.

in my PDI the choice value itself is not there for Child

can you check in yours?

I have raised this query for same issue. I can also see only 2 options Task, Approval.
