"Requested attachment does not exist" error while viewing the attachment on task on portal

Hi All,

 

We found an issue where users are unable to view the attachment on hr task in portal and it is showing requested attachment does not exist.

 

please find the configuration of HR document template used in e-signature template which is called in hrtask. 

 

 

Can someone provide your expertise over here

Found the root cause for this issue. the issue is with the template mapping for the PDF template, there are two records with the same mappings which caused the issue and we have deactivated one of those set of mappings and it worked.

is that attachment present in sys_attachment?

Yes the attachment is present in sys_attachment table.
