I am working with a customer who is having issues with their current document task process. They want to be able to reassign document tasks, but based upon my current understanding, this isn't possible. They also want to 'open up' the PDF document that's generated to allow more than one participant to collaborate on fields. Based upon my current understanding, this is impossible as well. Each Template Mapping can only have one participant associated with it. The most that can be done is to add a 'Review' participant record that can add notes to fields.
Am I correct in my assessment? I am very new to HRSD and managed documents.
