Reassigning document tasks - is it possible?

Hi all,

I am working with a customer who is having issues with their current document task process. They want to be able to reassign document tasks, but based upon my current understanding, this isn't possible. They also want to 'open up' the PDF document that's generated to allow more than one participant to collaborate on fields. Based upon my current understanding, this is impossible as well. Each Template Mapping can only have one participant associated with it. The most that can be done is to add a 'Review' participant record that can add notes to fields.

Am I correct in my assessment? I am very new to HRSD and managed documents.

Hi  @Patrick Tipps1 ,
You can add multiple participant in document template for signing purpose and each participant wise document tasks will be created.

Reassign document tasks is not available  OOB features, if requires customization coming to the picture.

According to your business use case if  'open up' the PDF document that's generated to allow more than one participant - you can add participant in document template itself with parallel or sequential order, so same template can go to other participant as well.
