regarding hr template

I want hr template to auto populate my one of the field of HR service such as hr service name.But this is not working for me. have created service and mapped that to the template.any suggestion?

Hi Shivani,

The HR templates will work once HR case is created for that HR Service.

Lets say you have defined HR template for HR Service "A", once the case is created for that service, whatever fields you have defined in template will be populated on HR case.
