Can 'Open for' withdraw/cancel portal initiated inquiry/HR Service?

Hi, we have Employee Centre Pro (Washington) with Virtual Agent and other channels (telephony, teams chat) active.  The employee's primary view of their cases state/additional comments is the portal.  Given our multiple channels we want to offer the employee the opportunity to withdraw/cancel a submitted case if their issue has been solved in another manner.

 

Is this possible, if so how would it be turned on in the portal?

Providing the ability for employees to cancel HR Cases is OOB functionality.  You just have to make sure the Case options on each Service record that you want to allow this for does not contain 'User Cannot Cancel'
