Reject reasons logs in AWA

Hi All,

 

If agent is rejected the case which is routing through AWA queue, can we get the logs in system logs.

Already enabled the system property for logs. but it is not showing in the logs , if agent rejected the case

 

Appreciate , if any one help here.

If that is not working, the create a business rule on the "awa_work_item_rejection" table to enter those logs.

Rathika is not looking for more "reject reasons". 

He is looking to have a log entry when a rejection happens through AWA. 

That is exactly what the records in the "awa_work_item_rejection" table show.

It shows every rejection that happened, by whom, when and the exact reason.

I don't know why he needs them to show on a log when it is already on that table.
