REPORT FOR VIEW OF LINKS EMBEDDED IN KNOWLEDGE ARTICLE

Hello all,

I am asking if it is possible to generate report on views on links embedded in Knowledge Articles for example in the image below can i generate the number of views on the Identification of Job level

In ServiceNow, there is no built‑in reporting capability to track how often external links embedded within Knowledge Articles are clicked or viewed; ServiceNow only tracks article views at the knowledge article level (via kb_use / kb_knowledge) and cannot report on link-level click-throughs unless you implement a custom solution or use external analytics tools....
