Restrict editing related list record in hr agent workspace

In Employee Relations within HRSD in ServiceNow, in the HR Agent Workspace, there are multiple related lists. I want to restrict editing of list view records for the Interview and Allegation related lists.

For example, in the attached image, I want to restrict editing of the ‘Type’ column.(Yellow Highlited)

1. Go to UI builder and search for HRSD experience.

2. I believe this will be record page, once you provide the test value in record page, it will show you the link to open sub page containing related list.

3.On the respective related list page, under advanced configuration (right panel), there will be an option to enable/disable list edit.

We don’t use UI Builder; is there any other way? Please let me know.

@may13 The workspace components are accessible/built on UI builder only. So UI builder is available in every instance.

There is a backend table "sys_ux_list" but I doubt that you will find nay related list there, so you will have to change the component from UI builder directly or by creating page variant.

you need to create a duplicate copy of the OOTB variant and then disable the inline editing
