Restrict editing related list record in hr agent workspace

In Employee Relations within HRSD in ServiceNow, in the HR Agent Workspace, there are multiple related lists. I want to restrict editing of list view records for the Interview and Allegation related lists.

For example, in the attached image, I want to restrict editing of the ‘Type’ column.(Yellow Highlited)

You can write an ACL on top of that table and particular field name.

ACL type should be LIST EDIT.
