ServiceNow HRSD vs Workday Help for service delivery

Are there any customers who have used both ServiceNow HRSD & Workday Help for service delivery? I'd love to hear very specific pros/cons. Obviously ServiceNow is great for coordinating tasks across the organization, not just within HR. What other experiences do you have?

I worked with a client  who has both HRSD and workday but business audience is different.

Workday is for core HR data, payroll, compensation, and benefits.

Whereas HRSD is for  user-friendly front-end interface, focusing on workflows, case management, and employee experience. 

There is fundamental difference between these two tools/app.

Correct, I'm talking specifically about the "Workday Help" module that is for HR Service Delivery within Workday.
