SLA Business Elapsed Time on HR Case

In my SLA dashboard and I can easily get the actual elapsed time.

I am looking for the business elapsed time to add to the SLA dashboard.

Since the actual elapsed time is 24/7, I need to report on the actual time an employee worked on the case.

Maybe I am missing something but I could not locate where this value exists or the name of the field in the SLA guide.

Hi Doug,

The field is called ''business_duration'' on the task_sla table.
You can add the field via the table to the report on your dashboard.
