Stage cannot be set for this task error when submit a HR request on portal

Hi community

I was trying to create a HR request to raise a movement on portal. I created a catalog item under manager HR catalog>HR system. When I submitted the request on the portal, I got error: Stage cannot be set for this task. 

It's a record producer and should create a HR case on HR core case table. Because of this error no record is created. Have no idea why this happens.

Hi @ShuRiseUp2023 ,

That error comes up when the record producer isn’t tied to the right HR case type or the type doesn’t have stages set up — double-check the case type mapping on your record producer and it should work.
