Subject Person field is not coming up

Hello, Subject Person field is not coming up on Employee Relations case form. Can anyone help me with the same.

Hello,

1. Tried disabling this ACL--> It worked

2. Tried updating this ACL--> It didn't work

3. Tried creating a new ACL in Employee Relations Application--> It worked

I am not clear why updating the ACL, didn't work though working for Admins and not for ER Agent.

 

Hi,

check the roles, condition and script of that ACL

Hello, That is the first thing I checked in the ACL :-). It is a simple ACL with no script but still Subject Person is non editable for ER Agent even though it has the required roles.

Can you share details of what you've setup and of what you are experiencing? Is it also for a specific HR Service or COE only or for all?
