Subject Person field is not coming up

Hello, Subject Person field is not coming up on Employee Relations case form. Can anyone help me with the same.

Ok, check ACL on subject_person field on employee relation table, you need to make changes to field level ACL but on ER table ok, try that

Hi @snow123 I strongly suggest that you give the customer pushback on this. The risk is too high with ER cases. you can see my suggestion above on how employees are supposed to be added to cases. 

You should also review the underlying need since there should be alternatives to using the subject person.
