Hi Team,
I have a requirement where a Parent HR Case is created when the Last Day of Work changes on the sys_user record. Based on an RITM variable update (field_1 = Yes), two HR Tasks (type: Submit Catalog Item) are created via Flow:
- Task 1 assigned to the Subject Person
- Task 2 assigned to the Subject Person's Manager
When the Subject Person submits the generated Record Producer, the Child HR Case is created correctly and inherits the same Subject Person as the Parent HR Case.
However, when the Manager submits the Record Producer, the Child HR Case's Subject Person becomes the Manager instead of the Parent Case's Subject Person.
Is this the expected behavior in HRSD for Submit Catalog Item HR Tasks, or should the Child HR Case inherit the Subject Person from the Parent HR Case regardless of who submits the Record Producer?
