transfer case fields custom in hr agent workspace

Hi Experts,

I have a requirement to change the transfer hr case "new hr service" field type on the hr agent workspace from choice list to auto complete text to the same hr service names. please see the attached screenshot.

snow HI, answered me to custom it via the ux component. and i cannot see any details about this option and how to do this.

someone had customized the transfer case? would be great.

We're trying to disable COE and Service when our custom Transfer to IT Incident transfer type is used.  We've had this working in the platform version for some time and need to do the same for HR Agent Workspace.

In my Yokohama instance UI Builder, I only see Case (deprecated) and Case SRP.  I do not see Transfer Case modal under Case SRP.  When I make modifications to the warning text on Transfer Case in the Case (deprecated) record (e.g. Warning: Transferring a case closes all related child cases or tasks. TEST), I don't see it reflected when I use the Transfer Case action.  There must be a way to accomplish this in the workspace!
