UI Policy is not working in Agent Workspace

Currently trying to configure a "More Information" tab in the case form. Figured it would also work within Agent Workspace. I've tried changing the view from Global to the workspace. No luck. I've attached my code or is there something I'm missing that I need to configure? Thank you for your time.

Im currently scripting it in the UI policy for certain HR service that doesn't need that tab in both Case management and agent workspace.
