Unable to change the theme in New HR Workspace (Tokyo)

I am unable to change the theme in the new agent workspace which comes with the Tokyo upgrade. I want to change the color. Below is the image.

I am unable to modify or change the theme as well in the UI builder under branding and theming.

Can anyone help on this?

@Dave KeiserHow did you get to that Colors record let alone edit in the sn-theme scope? I cannot find it and when I looked at the Polaris theme, it was also in the sn-theme scope and I was locked out, as and ADMIN.

@Dave Keiserooo some special hackey type stuff. I found it guessing at the table sys_ux_style.LIST.
