Unable to see details of request submitted for HR Service on portal

In HRSD, I have created one Record Producer to create a case on HR Talent Management table from Employee Centre.
When I am submitting the request, only header is visible. Other than that, nothing is getting displayed on the screen.
And also, not able to find the request under 'My Requests'.
I have already tried to make the Application Restricted Caller Access for that table to Allowed. and also cleared the cache using cache.do.
Can someone please help me on this?

Hi,
Did you also check the COE Security Policies to see if you have Read access to the cases on this table?
If you do not, that will explain why you cannot see any details.

There are security policies for read access on this table.
But for this particular HR Service there is not record in the COE Security Policies. Do I need to create one?

If there are no rules on the service it should work, but you can give it a try.
If not, I guess it would be somewhere in your ACL's. You can try to do a security debug on the platform to see what it is blocking your access.

Does the user have the access to the case details on the backend? If not then this could be related to ACLs. If the user does have the access then check if the user's role is added on different widgets which are part of hrm_ticket_page

Yes the user is able to access the details on backend. But on esc portal, details not visible. I am not sure looks like tab configuration conditions are failing.
