Restrict HR Cases visibility based on group type

Hi everyone,
I have a group for example called HR Admin Team that has the human_resources type on it. That group type ensures that users on that group can see every HR Case.
Then I created a group called HR Admin Restricted, that has a custom type called labour_team.
How can I ensure that the users that belong to the group where the type is human_resources see every HR Case except the ones created for groups where type is labour_team? And labour_team type groups should only see HR Cases for that type as well.
Any ideias?

You can indeed create/modify a Business Rule, but you can also try to add COE Security Policies.
In there you can setup which group has access to which COE's & HR Services.
