Unable to view HR Manager Dashboard

I am trying to access HR Manager Dashboard but it just spins but does not load. I have all the plugins. PA, HR Agent workspace and EC Pro. I have hr admin and sn_hr_core.manager access. Is there anything else that's missing?

1. Ensure you have installed following plugin with latest version

sn_hr_agent_ws: Agent workspace for HR case management
