Unable to view HR Manager Dashboard

I am trying to access HR Manager Dashboard but it just spins but does not load. I have all the plugins. PA, HR Agent workspace and EC Pro. I have hr admin and sn_hr_core.manager access. Is there anything else that's missing?

Yes, I have this plugin. When I try the same in my PDI it works but in my instance it doesn't work.

is issue  still persist ? Are you only facing the issue or another team members also facing ?

Yes issue exists with me as admin and impersonating another user who is manager and has hr manager access and pa access
