I have read up and managed to get an icon to display next to a user field in the HR Agent Workspace which im hoping to be able to launch access to the persons record in our HR system. I can get the icon to appear using Action Assignments and a UXF Client Action but cant figure out how to even get the URL to open as a first step before adding in the parameters to try and access the record direct. We had this functionality on the old HR Case in standard UI though I cant figure out where these were set up to possibly mirror the functionality in the workspace. Ive looked at documentation and a number of other community links but none seem to help me with a URL outside of ServiceNow. Any help would be appreciated.
