Hi! Sys Admin here! We recently implemented HRSD enterprise and are currently running on Record Producers and HR Tasks to support our HR processes. I am trying to convince the HR team to adopt Life Cycle events. HR has asked me to provide the benefits for LifeCycle Implementation and the expected ROI. What is the goal? Does it enhance productivity or drive faster SLAs?
From a technical standpoint, I can see the benefit of activity sets and diversified task assignments. I am struggling to articulate why it is a good investment for the HR team. They are seeing it as more work and overly complex processes that they just "know" how to do.
Does anyone have a success story they would not mind sharing or an example of the benefit that your HR team has expressed by moving to Life Cycle Events?
