Using Anonymous Report Center (ARC) in an environment with SSO enabled

Hello all,

 

I'm interested in doing a proof of concept with ARC in one of our sandbox environments.   We have SSO enabled and configured auto-login when a user hits ServiceNow.   When I try to access the ARC I am logged out as intended.  However the SSO kicks in and tries to log me in again.  This logout/login loop continues for 30 seconds or so before the system just gives up.    Just curious is there a way for the ARC site to not auto-login or some configuration we must do to get ARC and SSO to play nice with each other?

You would have to tweak the configuration of the SSO and not the ARC. So I think you are looking for something like KB0719767
