Hi Team,

Since came to know there is no OOB functionality/alternatives available for DSAR in HRSD module. Do we have any plugin which we can use for it or Is it feasible to develop it. If yes can you help me with the solution how can we achieve it.

I looked into this a few weeks back and couldn't find anything. The problem is, DSAR is very open ended and each request may have different context. You could run a report to output any HR Cases with the requester as the subject person, but this may not satisfy the broadness of the request. Also, you do not need to provide all information on the system about the person, only what would be deemed "personal" information. So, in some cases information may need to be vetted or redacted as it may also contain personal information about someone else, or commercially sensitive data. In the Yokohama release ServiceNow are introducing "Request Personal Information Report" to comply with RTBI under GDPR, and "Erasure of Personal Data" to comply with RTBF under GDPR. I haven't tried these yet, but the release notes can be found here...
