Watch list users not seeing few cases

Hello,

Watch list users not seeing few cases. What could be the issue?

Watchlist user has sn_hr_core.basic role which means they would have access to all HR cases but still few cases where they are added as watchlist they are able to view.

Hi @Community Alums ,

I think the users don't have Read Access to records on the HR Case Table.

 

You will have to create a Access Control to Give Read Access on the Record Level to them when they are part of the Watch List.
