What is "Applied Max Capacity" in awa_agent_capacity table

HI All,

 

I want to know what is "Applied Max Capacity" of an agent in awa_agent_capacity table. Does it define the maximum number of interaction chats that can be assigned to an agent?

@sanga2 "Applied Max Capacity" indicates maximum number of interaction chats or cases can be assigned to agents. This value comes from "Default capacity" mentioned in the "Chat" or "HR case" Service channel.
