what is the OOB configuration between state mapping of HR case and HR tasks in ServiceNow

HI, when HR case is set to closed complete, the HR tasks attached to the HR case is set to Closed incomplete if they are open. Is it OOB behavior, if yes, can you please help where this is configured

I believe it's not OOB and something custom solution is doing this.
