What does the orange dot mean? Does it mean there are 0 or no group members?

Hi,
Which dot are you referring. Can you share screenshot.
May be you are referring to styles.
> Navigate to sys_ui_style.LIST from left navigator
> Filter with table name
You may find the required details.
Mark as correct and helpful if it solved your query.

Hi,
The orange dot is CSS field style applied on that field/column on form or list view. It is used to display/sort out the records based on conditions.
Fopr example:
Priority 1 incidents will be with red dot.
Priority 2 incidents will be with orange dot.
Priority 3 incidents will be with yellow dot.
Priority 4 incidents will be with lightgreen dot.
Priority 5 incidents will be with lightgreen dot.
Refer the docs here: Define field styles
