when the agent user is attached screenshot's into attachment on record it display under worknotes?

How to achieve when the agent user is attached an screenshot's into attachment that can be visible under work notes on activity session of that Record.

This should happen OOTB in workspace and in activity log.
whenever any agent adds file it's shown in activity log
I added the file from right side attachment icon and it's shown in activity log OOTB

Thanks for the response, I think you are not clear about my question.
let me explain, when agent user is getting attached screenshots into the hr case on attachment session that should be visible under image upload/attachment upload in activity session. instead of that image/attachment upload i need to know how we can achieve those things are showing under work notes in activity session.
