Which role is required to republish HR articles without giving sn_hr_core.admin?

Hi Team,

What role should be assigned to a user to republish HR Knowledge Articles?
We do not want to provide the sn_hr_core.admin role.

The user already has the HR Knowledge Writer role, but they are still unable to publish or republish the article.

Could you please suggest which specific HR or Knowledge role is required to allow republishing without granting full admin access?

Try with knowledge_manager or knowledge_admin role

Hi @SugithaRajesh ,

By OOTB behavior, its only  admin or knowledge admin has access to Republish.

For HR it's only  sn_hr_core.admin role , can do it.

 

Practically none other than an admin should be Re-publishing the articles.
