Email client templates are just visible to admins on agent workspace even after giving roles as per acls users are not able to see them on agent workspace

Hi @ACDD ,
Make sure the template is global .If the global field is not checked ,template will not show up in agent workspace.
If the template is not global still it will show in the platform but not in agent workspace.

In the Email Client Template form, there is no "Global" check box. Curious what the answer to this is.
