Need to bulk import Knowledge Articles

Hi All,

I need to bulk import Knowledge Articles along with their associated attachments and images. Using an Excel file, I can import the articles, but I’m not sure if the attachments/images will be included. Please let me know how I can achieve this.

Hi,

Importing attachments is a bit tricky, and will probably require some REST integration (if it's a large volume of files, for small amount of files, manually adding attachments could be just as quick).

This article shows all the available options in a nice format.
