Why I can't see the Inbox in HR Agent Workspace?

This is how I currently see the HR Agent Workspace. Why I can't see the Inbox if AWA Queue is already configured?

The inbox component was not OOB. We had to find the ux_component toolbar and revert it back to the OOB. This made for the Inbox feature to show up. 🙂

Interesting! We had a different issue as the toolbar did have the inbox indicator. Turns out we didn't have Agent Chat installed so that resolved the issue.
