Workday HR - ServiceNow Integration

I am trying to integrate workday HR with ServiceNow. My objective is to pull HR Profiles from Workday using integration.

What is the best way to do this REST or SOAP?

When I try to get OAuth token from a SOAP Workday Client, I see a workday Log in screen.

When I log in, I don't see any token created.

Any help in this regard is kindly appreciated.

The answers I am looking for.

What is the best way to integrate Workday with Servicenow to get profiles (SOAP or REST using OAuth)?
Which workflow needs to be activate?
Where to store the tokens?
Do we need to log in to Workday instance each time we try to retrieve the worker profiles?
