we want to automate the Recruitment process. Can any one provide me the steps to configure this or provide any documentation if available?

starting from line manager submits the request until the application was closed.

There are several applications that help you do this in the store.

But I have seen solutions build using 'Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions' as well. Reference:
