Workday HR Spoke - no data being returned from Workday to ServiceNow

we have completed the following instructions to configure an integration between ServiceNow (Tokyo) and Workday, using the Workday HR Spoke. A few amendments, but it is connecting, but no data is being retrieved from Workday

We have triple checked the instructions and have tested using Postman, get the connection, but no data ..... looked on the community and lots about REST API but not the Workday HR Spoke

Any advice from anyone using the Workday HR Spoke

Is the data currently even there? Has the connection url pointing to the correct table/view where the data lies?

Hi, yes the Data is definitely in Workday, the URL is correct, the permissions have been set to read the data in Workday, but when the data is pulled to ServiceNow (or Postman), it displays zero records.

Not yet, still troubleshooting and logged a ticket in Hi, we were hoping it was plug and play, but its not working ... yet
