Assignment group field reference popup is showing empty only in new agent workspace.

Hi,

 

In Agent workspace for HR Case Management, when we click on magnify glass in assignment group field, the popup is showing empty, but in native view and in hr agent workspace, there is no issue like that. If someone came accross this issue earlier or if someone knew the fix for this, please reply back to this question.

if you are using the current object in reference qualifier, it may not work in agent workspace.

Things to check

1) is this happening for admins or non-admins

2) did you check any advanced ref qualifier is there and that field is dependent on some field and that field has value in it

1. This is happening for admin as well as non admin users.
2. If there is any dependency as such, it should be impacted in native view and other workspace view as well right, but I am facing this issue specifically in "Agent workspace for HR Case Management".

Was this working fine earlier? Did you upgrade recently?

Is that field dependent on some other field? If yes then is that field on workspace view and is it populated?

No, initially we were using HR agent workspace and recently we moved to Agent workspace for HR Case Management and noticed this issue over here. On checking this in PDI, it works fine in PDI.
