Workday HR Spoke allows the to-do's to be loaded into ServiceNow through the RAAS report. Is there a way without customization to identify which to-do's are for a manager's direct report?
There is OOTB spoke action that is available to sync to-do's from workday. The RAAS report should contain the employee's worker id to identify the worker's manager. let me know if it helps.
No, the technical debt was too high for our use case at the time. That added with the no Realtime data view we decided to hold off going down this path at the time we were working on this.
