Hello Team,
I have this issue where , I am facing this error.
This speicfically happens when the HR profiles are being created or udpated via WD integration.
I tried to check further into it
This is where it takes time , it basically calls into WD and pulls data into Staging table.
Do we have any method to resolve this?

workday is not giving response in time and hence ServiceNow platform is getting timed out in request

no, it has been like this during the implementation phase.
